: Animal fat is difficult for a normal body to process. Eat lean, well-marbled meats and always remove visible excess fat.

  2. I understand that the marbelization of meat refers to the fat content of the meat. It also refers to how ingrained in the meat the fat is. Fat ingested with other items is much easier for the body to process -- at least for my body. Many people like to eat the fat along with leaner cuts of meat for flavor and so makes the meal a tad more difficult to deal with.
